韩国2030年可再生能源装机目标63.8GW 光伏占63% 韩国本土资源极度匮乏，几乎所有的能源需求都依赖于进口来解决。2017年12月20日，韩国宣布了2030年可再生能源计划，拟将可再生能源的比例从如今的7%提高到2030年的20%，即目标是到2030年要达到63.8GW的可再生能源装机，而目前这一数字仅为15.1GW。未来新增的可再生能源装机63%是光伏，34%是风电。基于该计划，未来10年韩国政府将投资110万亿韩元(约合6700亿人民币)用来发展可再生来源。在韩国，2011年就终止了FIT。2012年开始，RPS取代了原先的FIT。在RPS方案的推动下，韩国的光伏装机实现了飞跃(基于RPS的装机占了总装机量的73%)。截止2016年底，韩国累计光伏装机量为4.502GW，2017年新增装机量为1.121GW。 RPS方案 RPS方案就是强制发电公司在总的发电量中提供一定比例...
