合肥光伏扶贫电站已超过6400个 2018-10-25

截至今年9月底，合肥地区累计完成光伏扶贫项目并网6466个，转付补贴1612.5万元，一大批贫困户从光伏新能源中及时受益。农户把用不完的电卖给电网来赚钱为落实国家光伏精准扶贫政策，合肥市首创光伏精准扶贫模式，把光伏推广应用与扶贫相结合，实现“输血式扶贫”向“造血式扶贫”的转变，开创全国先河。自2013年项目启动以来，不断落地的扶贫电站给各地贫困居民们带来了显著的受益。从2017年起，全市更进一步创新探索，将建设项目扩展至地方，各地政府部门不仅负责省内统一扶贫电站建设任务，也可以自筹资金、自主实施，参与到扶贫光伏电站的建设当中来，这样一来，与全省扶贫项目互为补充，使得工程效率更高，覆盖面更广，农民增收的脚步更快。标准的光伏扶贫电站项目建成并网后，“自发自用、余电上网”的模式使得农户不仅省下了电费，用不完的电还能卖给国家电网，同时享受国家和合肥市的补贴，每户每年增收平均在3000元以上，...
